With the weight and length of the backplate, it is good for smaller people under 170 cm people. Due to the weight, no additional P-weight or similar is required.

Here are some information from the manufacturer:

A short backplate offers the advantage for people with a height of less than 170cm that you have a little more leeway when tuning the position on the back.
