I would like to support a friend in Cuba.
He offers diving tours and has to fill his bottles expensively abroad.
Personally, I am not a specialist - I have no idea. Look for used equipment that is not too difficult (shipping to Cuba) and does not come too expensive to me. I would like to give him the device as a present - help for self-help, so to speak. It can really be an older model.
